Easy and proper way of making a delicious Rava kesari

Ingredients:
Rava-1 cup
Sugar-2 cups
Ghee-1/4 cup
Cashew nut-10 nos.(cut into pieses)
Cardamon-4nos.(crushed).
Food Color-1 tsp (Yellow color).
Rose water-2tsp.
Water-2Cups.

The Method:

First fry the rava in a fry pan without oil, and kept separately. Boil the water in a pan, add the rava a little by little and stir well, so as no lumbs formed and add the sugar, stir well, keep the stove in simmer position. Then add cashew nut pieces and crushed cardamon and stir well, then add food color and rose water. Kept in a separate bowl, spread some cashew nuts on the top of the Kesari and serve.
