How to make your own Paneer Paratha

Ingredients

For the stuffing.
Paneer-250 gms.
(Finely chopped)
Onion-1
(chopped)
Corrianderleaf 1 Table sp.
(chopped)
Green Chillies-4

For the Dough
Wheat Flour-3 Cups
Ghee-2 Table spoons
Salt 1/2 tsp.

METHOD

Mix the paneer with chopped onions, green chillies,chopped corriander leaves
with salt to taste.
Sieve the wheat flour, mixed it with ghee and salt. Add water and make the dough
Take small portion and roll out into thin round chappathi. Smear a little ghee
on the chappathi and spread the paneer mixture. Fold the sides to form rectangle.
Press it lightly, fry the paratha on a pan after smearing with ghee. Fry on both sides
till it become golden brown. Repeat with the remaining douh, and serve hot.
